Team Holidays - Bulk Removal

Functional Overview:

This is an advanced option for bulk removal of team holidays. The feature will display all previously added team holidays per year. Users will be able to select multiple past team holidays for removal in bulk, and these selected team holidays can be deleted upon saving. This function is designed to clean up outdated legacy data that may no longer be relevant in the current context.

This bulk operation will remove the selected data permanently and the action can’t be reverted. However, users can always add the team holidays back individually using the calendar widget if needed.

How it works:

Navigate to Capacity tracker > edit mode > board configuration> Team Holidays. Click on “Removal” button. This button will not be visible if there are no past team holidays.

Select a year, and then select days off that you would like to remove. Ensure to click “Save” or “Save & Close” action to complete.
