Range Mode for Days Off

Release date: 05-Oct-2024

Functional Overview

The Range Mode enhancement to the Capacity Settings allows users to select a range of days off for individual team members in one step. This simplifies the process of adding multiple consecutive days off (such as vacations or extended leaves) by letting users pick a start and end date instead of selecting each day individually. The feature also provides the ability to review and remove previously saved ranges when needed.

Benefits

The Range Mode feature speeds up the process of adding multiple consecutive days off, reducing time and effort for users. It enhances usability by allowing quick selection of a date range, while continue supporting existing capability of full and half days when the range mode is off, and also this new feature improves flexibility for users with easy viewing and management of saved days off ranges.
