How to configure global permissions

You need to be a JIRA administrator in order to enable or change permission feature of Capacity Tracker.

On the top Jira menu bar, click on Settings and navigate to System.
On the left panel, under Security, select Global Permissions.
Navigate to Grant Permission. You can now manage CT global configurations by using user groups. For more details on how to manage global permissions, you can refer the the official Jira documentation.

Here are the custom CT permissions available:

Template Management	All	Capacity Tracker - Template Management Read-Only access	Can see templates.
Template Management	All	Capacity Tracker - Template Management Read-Write access	Can see and create/update/delete templates.
Multi-Project Reports	All	Capacity Tracker - Multi Project Report Management Read-Only access	Can see multi-project reports.
Multi-Project Reports	All	Capacity Tracker - Multi Project Report Management Read-Write access	Can see and create/update/delete multi-project reports.
REST API	Jira Data Center only	Capacity Tracker - API Access	Provides the ability to use the Capacity Tracker REST API.
