Capacity Tracker
<Release version> <Date>
Details of new features and key changes:
Introducing following new global configuration in the admin settings. These settings are available to Jira Administrator. To access, Jira administrators can navigate to Apps from the Settings menu, and look for Capacity Tracker – Configurations
a. Default Daily Capacity – allows administrator to configure the Default Daily Capacity per member for the entire Jira instance. This can help save time and avoid repetitive entries for the daily capacity for all the members of a team. Users can choose to override default daily capacity by changing it in the board configuration at work iteration (sprint / version) level.
b. Default Roles – list of roles that can be added centrally and can be made available/reused in all the projects of the Jira instance. If default roles are not desired, then users can choose to create and set custom roles in the board configuration at work iteration (sprint / version) level.

New pdf export
Allows users to export the capacity tracker report into pdf format. The new pdf export is available for specific work iteration i.e. Sprint, All sprints, Active sprints, and Custom selection.

Added search functionality for multi-project report listing page. Allows users to search by report name, project, or creator.

6. Now showing all board configurations on the tracker listing page. This includes issue type filter, default working days, and team holiday.
Enabling past days management. This allows users to manage past days for team days off or individual user days off. Users can add, edit or remove past days for their own record keeping purpose.
